This tool enlarges an image with smooth resampling in steps of up to 2× and an optional sharpening pass. It makes the picture bigger and cleaner than simply stretching it, but a blurry photo stays blurry. AI upscalers can add plausible detail; this one does not pretend to.
2× is the safest: a 1000 px image becomes 2000 px and still looks natural. 3× and 4× work well for graphics, logos and screenshots with clean edges. Photos enlarged 4× look soft when viewed up close, but are often fine when printed or viewed at normal size.
Enlarging softens edges. Light sharpening restores a little contrast and is a good default. Medium is stronger and can create halos around high-contrast edges, so check the result at 100% before you use it.
PNG is lossless and best for graphics, text and anything with transparency. JPG or WebP produce much smaller files for photos. Auto keeps the format you started with.
Browsers can only create images up to a certain size. If the result would be too large, the tool tells you before it starts so you can pick a smaller factor. Batch mode applies the same factor to every image and gives you one ZIP.
Resize, crop, convert and clean up images, audio and video — all in your browser.
