A template gives you the skeleton: a hook, the point and a call to action. Fill in the details, then rewrite the sentences the way you would say them. The best captions sound like one person talking to another.
A strong bio answers three questions in a couple of lines: what you do, who it is for and what to do next. Put the most important words first, because that is what shows in search results and previews. End with one link or one action, not five.
For a launch, lead with what changed for the reader, not with “we are excited to announce”. For giveaways, state clearly what is being given away, how to enter and any rules or deadlines, and check the platform’s promotion rules before you run one.
Questions work when they are easy to answer in a few words and relevant to your audience. “Which of these two would you pick?” gets more replies than “What do you think?”.
Each template shows its length against a typical limit, so you can see at once if a bio or caption is too long once your details are in.
